The Urban Myth Band can work an audience to a fever pitch then simmer them down with a soulful ballad.
Their participation in our Kaposia Days event in June was a great addition to our schedule.
Coordinating a family-friendly event can be challenging, but Nick and his crew were respectful of set list and even logo-wear requirements (no beer, tobacco,
alcohol t-shirts etc) while on school property.
I had heard their demo, but they exceeded our expectations onstage.
We had numerous interruptions due to prize give-aways and announcements, where other groups have groaned and moaned about the same..Not Urban Myth!
They understood our event and rolled with the flow. Great job and great musicians.

Hi Nick,
When we were planning our wedding, we knew that we wanted to have a live band play our reception. We had heard about Urban Myth Band and decided to go watch them play one of their shows. After the first song, we knew that they would be perfect for our reception. Urban Myth Band learned two songs for us, one of which was a pretty complicated song. Everyone had a blast dancing to the music, so much so that not everyone could fit on the dance floor. The band did a great job of keeping people dancing all night. Everyone came up to us during the reception and told us how much they loved the band. When we talk to people now about our wedding, they all talk about the band. The best compliment we got was from a friend who was very pregnant at the wedding when she said, That was the most fun I've ever had sober! We would highly recommend Urban Myth Band for a wedding reception. They were fantastic and helped make for a perfect day and party!

We were looking for a cover band that was fun and played a good variety of music for our wedding reception. When we first heard The Urban Myth Band we knew right away they had everything we were looking for and at the price we wanted to pay. They were prompt, professional, and sounded incredible.
